Whenever we get the news that we have received another external award, it is always a reason for joy. Because we know that we are doing many things right and that we not only live the TOPMOTIVE spirit internally, but also carry it to the outside world. This is reflected in the fact that we have received several awards in our industry as one of the most family-friendly companies and as a TOP employer in the SME sector. This speaks for itself, because all these ratings come from the applicant and employee rating platform Kununu!

We are particularly proud of the double 1st place, which was awarded in the ranking of the best employer for IT jobs by the online magazine Chip and the platform GigaJobs.de in 2021 and 2022! With combined 89% in 2021 and 92% in 2022, this place is a very special honor for us. Especially considering the evaluation methodology. 

Chip and GigaJobs tested us in three ways.

1. the mystery check: in 2020 and 2021 we received mystery applications. This examined the way we as a company handle applications and inquiries. The main focus was on the appreciation towards the interested party and the efficiency of our organization, especially our HR department.

2. the expert analysis of our website: Here, the career section of our website was checked. The focus was on the transparency given there, with regard to important details for the applicant.

3. the look inside: Last but not least, they took a look at our Kununu portal and evaluated the employee and applicant comments there.
